Description
This is my first drawing of Sanji from the anime One Piece. This was inked in pen and coloured on Photoshop CS. Any help tips on colouring would be appreciated as I am still fairly new to the program having only gotten it in January.

I really think you did quite well on the coloring o.o . Not much I can say. I like how you did the background and the tie!
...>.> -scrutinizes for something to critique- Only thing I can find is your smoke, which could be done at a lower opaquace and a higher blur, with lots of longer strokes to look more real. It doesn't look quite right where they overlap because of the smooth edges. And even thats just a hint, because the smoke does look quite good.
